A contemplative service of music and reflection as we prepare ourselves to encounter dramatic events of Holy Week. Sung by the Canterbury Choir and St. Nicholas Choir
Tenebrae
Wednesday, March 27, 7:00 PM
One of the most dramatic ancient liturgies of Holy Week, where the ancient psalms and anthems are sung as we move from light to the darkness of the tomb. Sung by the Canterbury Choir.
Maundy Thursday

The liturgy of the Three Holy Days (Triduum) begins with this powerful service commemorating the Last Supper. Sung by the St. Philip’s Staff Singers.
Good Friday

The Solemn Liturgy of Good Friday sung by the Staff Singers and St. Philip’s Choristers.
Easter Vigil
Holy Saturday, March 30, 8:00 PM
The Lighting of the New Fire, where the readings of the Old Testament and Psalms culminate in the Glory of the Easter proclamation, includes a powerful anthem by contemporary Scottish composer James MacMillan. Sung by the St. Nicholas Choir and Schola Cantorum.

Come and join our Easter celebration as we present Bach’s powerful Easter Cantata Christ Lay in Death’s Strong Band and stirring hymns for congregation, brass and organ. Sung by the Canterbury Choir and Saint Philip Singers.
